These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OddsGPT (“OddsGPT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the OddsGPT website, mobile applications, subscription services, AI-generated sports analysis, predictions, statistics, and related features (collectively, the “Service”).

• Closing Line Value (CLV) analysis and tracking;
• ROI and performance metrics;

OddsGPT does not operate a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, betting exchange, or gambling platform.

Any references to betting, wagering, odds, bookmakers, markets, betting strategies, or potential outcomes are provided solely as analytical or informational content.

You are solely responsible for determining whether and how to use any information provided by the Service.

• that any prediction or probability will correctly forecast an actual result;
• future performance of any model, strategy, or analytical method;

7. Subscriptions

OddsGPT may offer paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features, content, analytical tools, or other functionality.

Subscription plans, durations, prices, and included features are displayed within the applicable purchase interface.

When you purchase an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store, payment is processed by Apple through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

7.1 Apple App Store Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

For Apple subscriptions:

• payment is charged through the user's Apple Account;
• subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date;
• subscription management and cancellation are handled through the user's Apple Account subscription settings; and
• deleting the OddsGPT application does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

Apple's applicable terms, payment procedures, subscription policies, and refund policies may apply to purchases made through the Apple App Store.

For information about managing or cancelling an Apple subscription, users should use the subscription-management functionality provided by Apple.

7.2 Google Play Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are processed through Google Play Billing.

For Google Play subscriptions:

• payment is processed through the user's Google Play account;
• subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date;
• subscription management and cancellation are handled through the user's Google Play subscription settings; and
• deleting the OddsGPT application does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

Google Play's applicable terms, payment procedures, subscription policies, and refund policies may apply to purchases made through Google Play.

7.3 Website Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the OddsGPT website may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.

For website subscriptions:

• payment is processed using the payment method selected at checkout;
• subscriptions may automatically renew when the applicable recurring billing period ends, where recurring billing applies;
• the applicable payment provider may process payments and recurring charges on our behalf;
• subscription status and billing information may be associated with your OddsGPT account; and
• cancellation may be available through your OddsGPT account, the applicable payment-provider interface, or by contacting us, depending on the subscription and payment method.

Stripe and PayPal may apply their own terms, policies, security procedures, and payment-processing requirements.

7.4 Subscription Renewal

Where a subscription is configured as an automatically renewing subscription, it will renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

The applicable renewal price will be the price presented or otherwise communicated in accordance with the applicable platform and law.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method where required.

If a payment fails, access to Premium Services may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the applicable platform or payment provider's procedures.

7.5 Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal but generally does not immediately terminate access to Premium Services for the already-paid subscription period, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

The cancellation method depends on the purchase channel.

For Apple subscriptions, cancellation is managed through the Apple Account subscription settings.

For Google Play subscriptions, cancellation is managed through Google Play subscription settings.

For website subscriptions, cancellation may be available through your OddsGPT account or through the applicable payment provider, depending on the subscription configuration.

Deleting the OddsGPT application or closing a device does not by itself necessarily cancel a subscription.

7.6 Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase channel, applicable law, and the relevant platform or payment provider.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store, refund requests may be subject to Apple's applicable refund procedures and policies.

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, refund requests may be subject to Google's applicable refund procedures and policies.

For subscriptions purchased through the OddsGPT website, refund requests are subject to our applicable refund policy and may also be subject to the policies and procedures of Stripe or PayPal.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights provided by applicable law.

8. Subscription Features and Changes

Premium features may change over time as we improve, modify, or discontinue portions of the Service.

We may add, modify, replace, or remove features provided that we continue to comply with applicable subscription requirements and applicable law.

Where required by law or applicable platform rules, we will provide appropriate notice regarding material changes.

A subscription purchased through one platform does not automatically create a separate subscription or payment relationship with another platform.

Users should not purchase multiple subscriptions through different platforms unless they intend to maintain multiple subscription relationships.

Where supported, users should sign in using the same OddsGPT account to allow the Service to recognize eligible Premium access.

9. Free Trials, Promotional Offers, and Discounts

We may occasionally provide free trials, promotional offers, introductory pricing, discounts, or other special subscription offers.

The specific terms of each offer will be disclosed at the time the offer is presented.

Eligibility may vary by user, account, subscription, country, or promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers do not create a continuing right to receive the same pricing or benefits after the applicable promotional period ends.

A free trial or promotional period may automatically convert into a paid subscription if the applicable subscription terms clearly state that automatic conversion will occur and the user does not cancel before the end of the applicable trial or promotional period.

10. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

For purchases made through the Apple App Store, payment is processed by Apple.

Apple's applicable payment, refund, cancellation, and subscription-management policies may apply to such purchases.

We do not control Apple's payment processing systems or Apple's refund decisions.

Where Apple is responsible for processing a refund request, you should use Apple's applicable refund or support procedures.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service and its contents, including software, databases, models, algorithms, designs, interfaces, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, datasets, analytical systems, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to OddsGPT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

12. Data, Predictions, and Analytical Outputs

OddsGPT may provide data, predictions, probabilities, rankings, signals, scores, market information, and other analytical outputs (“Outputs”).

Outputs may be generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, delays, or inaccuracies.

Outputs may also change as new information becomes available or as our models and analytical systems are updated.

You acknowledge that Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.

13. Restrictions on Use

Unless expressly authorized by us, you must not:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, or automatically extract data from the Service;
• use bots, scripts, automated systems, or other mechanisms to access or collect substantial amounts of Service data;
• redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Service data;
• publish or republish substantial portions of our datasets or Outputs;
• use our data, Outputs, or other Service materials to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or develop artificial intelligence or machine-learning models;

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which OddsGPT is operated, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of rights that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to them.

Your continued use of the Service after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
