이 이용 약관(“약관”)은 OddsGPT(“OddsGPT,” “당사,” “우리,” 또는 “우리의”)에 대한 접근 및 사용, 즉 OddsGPT 웹사이트, 모바일 애플리케이션, 구독 서비스, AI 생성 스포츠 분석, 예측, 통계 및 관련 기능(통칭하여 “서비스”)을 규율합니다.

서비스에 접근하거나 서비스를 사용함으로써, 귀하는 본 약관을 읽고 이해하였으며 이에 동의함을 인정합니다. 본 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우, 서비스에 접근하거나 서비스를 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

1. 서비스 설명

OddsGPT는 다음을 포함할 수 있는 스포츠 분석 및 정보 서비스를 제공합니다:

AI 생성 스포츠 예측 및 분석;
통계 및 확률 분석;
과거 스포츠 성과 데이터;
배당률 및 시장 정보;
Closing Line Value(CLV) 분석 및 추적;
ROI 및 성과 지표;
시장 변동 및 관련 분석 신호;
경기, 팀, 리그 및 대회 정보; 그리고
기타 데이터 기반 스포츠 분석 및 도구.
other data-driven sports analysis and related services.

본 서비스는 기계 학습 모델, 통계 모델, 확률적 방법, 제3자 데이터 및 기타 자동화 시스템을 사용합니다.

본 서비스와 그 결과물은 정보 제공 및 분석 목적으로만 제공됩니다.

2. 도박, 금융 또는 투자 조언 금지

OddsGPT는 스포츠 정보와 분석 도구를 제공합니다. 서비스에서 제공되는 어떠한 내용도 재정 조언, 투자 조언, 도박 조언 또는 베팅을 하거나 도박 활동에 참여하라는 권장으로 간주되지 않습니다.

OddsGPT는 스포츠북, 북메이커, 카지노, 베팅 거래소 또는 도박 플랫폼을 운영하지 않습니다.

베팅, 내기, 배당률, 북메이커, 시장, 베팅 전략 또는 잠재적 결과에 대한 모든 언급은 분석적 또는 정보 제공 목적으로만 제공됩니다.

서비스에서 제공된 정보를 사용할지 여부와 방법을 결정하는 것은 전적으로 귀하의 책임입니다.

도박 또는 내기 활동에 참여하기 전에 귀하에게 적용되는 모든 법률 및 규정을 준수해야 합니다.

예측 또는 분석의 정확성, 완전성, 신뢰성;
제3자 데이터의 정확성 또는 가용성;
어떠한 예측 또는 확률이 실제 결과를 정확히 예측할 것이라는 보장;
모델, 전략 또는 분석 방법의 미래 성과;
수익성 또는 재정적 수익;
특정한 베팅 또는 도박 결과; 또는
서비스의 중단 없는 또는 오류 없는 이용 가능성.
uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service.

과거 성과, 역사적 결과, ROI, CLV, 정확도 비율 또는 기타 역사적 지표는 미래 결과를 보장하지 않습니다.

4. 사용자 책임

서비스를 이용할 때 귀하의 결정과 행동에 대한 책임은 귀하에게 있습니다.

귀하는 스포츠 결과와 시장 상황이 예측 불가능하며, 서비스에서 얻은 정보를 바탕으로 베팅을 선택할 경우 손실이 발생할 수 있음을 인정합니다.

정보를 신뢰하기 전에 반드시 독립적으로 평가해야 합니다.

서비스의 어떤 내용도 특정 결과가 발생할 것이라는 보장으로 해석되어서는 안 됩니다.

5. 자격 및 법적 준수

귀하는 귀하에게 적용되는 법률에 따라 법적으로 허용되는 경우에만 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다.

귀하는 스포츠 베팅 관련 정보, 도박 관련 정보 또는 서비스 자체에 대한 접근이 귀하의 관할권에서 합법적인지 여부를 결정할 책임이 있습니다.

적용 법률에 의해 금지된 경우 서비스를 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

귀하의 관할권에서 도박 관련 활동에 접근하거나 참여하기 위해 요구되는 법적 연령에 미달하는 경우, 도박 관련 목적으로 서비스를 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

6. 계정

서비스의 특정 기능은 계정을 생성해야 사용할 수 있습니다.

귀하는 계정을 생성하거나 유지할 때 정확하고 최신 정보를 제공할 것에 동의합니다.

귀하는 계정 자격 증명의 기밀성을 유지할 책임이 있으며, 귀하의 계정을 통해 수행되는 모든 활동에 대해 책임을 집니다.

귀하의 계정이 무단으로 접근되었다고 생각되는 경우 즉시 당사에 통지해야 합니다.

7. 구독

OddsGPT는 프리미엄 기능, 콘텐츠, 분석 도구 또는 기타 기능에 대한 접근을 제공하는 유료 구독 플랜을 제공할 수 있습니다.

구독 계획, 기간, 가격 및 포함된 기능은 해당 구매 인터페이스 내에 표시됩니다.

Apple App Store;
Google Play;
the OddsGPT website using Stripe; and
the OddsGPT website using PayPal.

Apple App Store를 통해 자동 갱신 구독을 구매하는 경우, 결제는 Apple의 인앱 구매 시스템을 통해 처리됩니다.

구독은 각 구독 기간 종료 시 자동으로 갱신되며, 갱신 날짜 이전에 취소하지 않으면 계속 유지됩니다.

7.1 Apple App Store Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

For Apple subscriptions:

payment is charged through the user's Apple Account;
subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date;
subscription management and cancellation are handled through the user's Apple Account subscription settings; and
deleting the OddsGPT application does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

Apple's applicable terms, payment procedures, subscription policies, and refund policies may apply to purchases made through the Apple App Store.

For information about managing or cancelling an Apple subscription, users should use the subscription-management functionality provided by Apple.

7.2 Google Play Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are processed through Google Play Billing.

For Google Play subscriptions:

payment is processed through the user's Google Play account;
subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date;
subscription management and cancellation are handled through the user's Google Play subscription settings; and
deleting the OddsGPT application does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

Google Play's applicable terms, payment procedures, subscription policies, and refund policies may apply to purchases made through Google Play.

7.3 Website Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the OddsGPT website may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.

For website subscriptions:

payment is processed using the payment method selected at checkout;
subscriptions may automatically renew when the applicable recurring billing period ends, where recurring billing applies;
the applicable payment provider may process payments and recurring charges on our behalf;
subscription status and billing information may be associated with your OddsGPT account; and
cancellation may be available through your OddsGPT account, the applicable payment-provider interface, or by contacting us, depending on the subscription and payment method.

Stripe and PayPal may apply their own terms, policies, security procedures, and payment-processing requirements.

7.4 Subscription Renewal

Where a subscription is configured as an automatically renewing subscription, it will renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

The applicable renewal price will be the price presented or otherwise communicated in accordance with the applicable platform and law.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method where required.

If a payment fails, access to Premium Services may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the applicable platform or payment provider's procedures.

7.5 Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal but generally does not immediately terminate access to Premium Services for the already-paid subscription period, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

The cancellation method depends on the purchase channel.

For Apple subscriptions, cancellation is managed through the Apple Account subscription settings.

For Google Play subscriptions, cancellation is managed through Google Play subscription settings.

For website subscriptions, cancellation may be available through your OddsGPT account or through the applicable payment provider, depending on the subscription configuration.

Deleting the OddsGPT application or closing a device does not by itself necessarily cancel a subscription.

7.6 Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase channel, applicable law, and the relevant platform or payment provider.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store, refund requests may be subject to Apple's applicable refund procedures and policies.

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, refund requests may be subject to Google's applicable refund procedures and policies.

For subscriptions purchased through the OddsGPT website, refund requests are subject to our applicable refund policy and may also be subject to the policies and procedures of Stripe or PayPal.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights provided by applicable law.

8. 구독 기능 및 변경 사항

프리미엄 기능은 서비스의 개선, 수정 또는 일부 중단에 따라 시간이 지나면서 변경될 수 있습니다.

우리는 적용 가능한 구독 요구 사항 및 관련 법률을 준수하는 한, 기능을 추가, 수정, 교체 또는 제거할 수 있습니다.

A subscription purchased through one platform does not automatically create a separate subscription or payment relationship with another platform.

Users should not purchase multiple subscriptions through different platforms unless they intend to maintain multiple subscription relationships.

Where supported, users should sign in using the same OddsGPT account to allow the Service to recognize eligible Premium access.

9. 무료 체험, 프로모션 제공 및 할인

저희는 가끔 무료 체험, 프로모션 제공, 도입 가격, 할인 또는 기타 특별 구독 혜택을 제공할 수 있습니다.

각 제공의 구체적인 조건은 제공 시점에 공개됩니다.

자격 요건은 사용자, 계정, 구독, 국가 또는 프로모션에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.

별도로 명시되지 않는 한, 프로모션 제공은 해당 프로모션 기간이 종료된 후 동일한 가격 또는 혜택을 계속 받을 권리를 생성하지 않습니다.

A free trial or promotional period may automatically convert into a paid subscription if the applicable subscription terms clearly state that automatic conversion will occur and the user does not cancel before the end of the applicable trial or promotional period.

10. 결제, 환불 및 취소

Apple App Store를 통해 이루어진 구매의 경우, 결제는 Apple에 의해 처리됩니다.

Apple의 해당 결제, 환불, 취소 및 구독 관리 정책이 이러한 구매에 적용될 수 있습니다.

당사는 Apple의 결제 처리 시스템이나 환불 결정에 대해 통제하지 않습니다.

Apple이 환불 요청을 처리할 책임이 있는 경우, Apple의 해당 환불 또는 지원 절차를 사용해야 합니다.

11. 지적 재산권

본 서비스와 그 콘텐츠(소프트웨어, 데이터베이스, 모델, 알고리즘, 디자인, 인터페이스, 상표, 로고, 텍스트, 그래픽, 데이터 세트, 분석 시스템 및 기타 자료 포함)는 OddsGPT가 소유하거나 라이선스를 보유하고 있으며, 관련 지적 재산권 법률에 의해 보호됩니다.

본 약관에서 명시적으로 허용된 경우를 제외하고, 당사의 사전 서면 허가 없이 본 서비스의 어떠한 부분도 복사, 재생산, 수정, 배포, 판매, 라이선스 부여, 출판, 파생 작업 생성 또는 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.

이 약관에 명시적으로 부여되지 않은 모든 권리는 보유됩니다.

12. 데이터, 예측 및 분석 결과

OddsGPT는 데이터, 예측, 확률, 순위, 신호, 점수, 시장 정보 및 기타 분석 결과(“결과”)를 제공할 수 있습니다.

결과는 자동으로 생성될 수 있으며 오류, 누락, 지연 또는 부정확성을 포함할 수 있습니다.

결과는 새로운 정보가 제공되거나 당사의 모델 및 분석 시스템이 업데이트됨에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.

귀하는 결과가 고유성, 정확성, 완전성, 최신성 또는 특정 목적에 적합하다는 보장이 없음을 인정합니다.

13. 사용 제한

당사의 명시적인 허가 없이 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다:

서비스에서 데이터를 스크랩, 크롤링, 수집 또는 자동으로 추출하는 행위;
봇, 스크립트, 자동 시스템 또는 기타 메커니즘을 사용하여 대량의 서비스 데이터를 액세스하거나 수집하는 행위;
서비스 데이터를 재배포, 재판매, 서브라이센스 또는 상업적으로 이용하는 행위;
우리의 데이터 세트 또는 출력물의 상당 부분을 게시하거나 재게시하는 행위;
우리의 데이터, 출력물 또는 기타 서비스 자료를 사용하여 인공지능 또는 머신러닝 모델을 훈련, 미세 조정, 평가 또는 개발하는 행위;
우리의 데이터 또는 출력물을 사용하여 경쟁 제품 또는 서비스를 구축하는 행위;
인증, 접근 제어, 할당량, 속도 제한 또는 기타 보안 메커니즘을 우회하는 행위;
서비스의 운영 또는 보안을 방해하는 행위;
우리의 시스템 또는 계정에 무단으로 접근하려는 시도;
서비스를 불법적, 사기적, 남용적 또는 악의적인 목적으로 사용하는 행위; 또는
적용 가능한 법률을 위반하는 방식으로 서비스를 사용하는 행위.

이러한 제한이 위반되었다고 합리적으로 판단되는 경우, 우리는 접근을 제한, 중단 또는 종료할 수 있습니다.

14. 제3자 데이터 및 서비스

서비스는 제3자가 제공하는 데이터, 정보, API, 링크, 광고 또는 기타 서비스를 통합할 수 있습니다.

15. 서비스 가용성 및 변경

서비스는 유지보수, 업그레이드, 기술적 문제, 네트워크 장애, 제3자 서비스 또는 당사의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 상황으로 인해 가끔 이용이 불가능할 수 있습니다.

당사는 합리적으로 필요한 경우 서비스의 일부를 수정, 중단 또는 중지할 수 있습니다.

Subscription cancellation and account termination are separate matters. Cancelling a subscription does not necessarily delete your account, and deleting your account does not necessarily replace the cancellation procedure required for an Apple, Google Play, Stripe, or PayPal subscription.
