本使用条款（“条款”）约束您对 OddsGPT（“OddsGPT”、“我们”或“我方”）的访问与使用，包括 OddsGPT 网站、移动应用、订阅服务、AI 生成的体育分析、预测、统计及相关功能（统称“服务”）。

2. 非博彩、财务或投资建议

OddsGPT 提供体育信息与分析工具。通过本服务提供的任何内容均不构成财务建议、投资建议、博彩建议，亦不构成下注或参与任何博彩活动的推荐。

OddsGPT 不运营体育博彩公司、庄家、赌场、投注交易所或博彩平台。

任何关于投注、赔率、庄家、市场、投注策略或潜在结果的提及，仅作为分析或信息内容提供。

您须自行决定是否以及如何使用本服务提供的任何信息。

在从事任何博彩或投注活动之前，您应遵守适用于您的全部法律法规。

3. 不保证准确性与盈利

5. 资格与法律合规

仅当适用法律允许您使用本服务时，您方可使用本服务。

您有责任自行判断访问体育博彩相关信息、赌博相关信息或本服务本身在您所在司法管辖区是否合法。

若适用法律禁止使用本服务，您不得使用本服务。

若您未达到您所在司法管辖区访问或参与赌博相关活动所要求的法定年龄，则不得将本服务用于赌博相关目的。

6. 账户

本服务的部分功能可能要求您创建账户。

您同意在创建或维护账户时提供准确且最新的信息。

您有责任对账户凭证保密，并对通过您账户进行的全部活动负责。

若您认为账户已被未经授权访问，必须立即通知我们。

我们保留暂停或终止违反本条款、或被合理怀疑用于未经授权、欺诈、滥用或非法活动的账户的权利。

7. 订阅

OddsGPT 可能提供付费订阅计划，以访问高级功能、内容、分析工具或其他功能。

订阅计划、期限、价格及包含的功能将在相应购买界面中显示。

• Apple App Store;
• Google Play;
• the OddsGPT website using Stripe; and
• the OddsGPT website using PayPal.

当您通过 Apple App Store 购买自动续订订阅时，付款由 Apple 通过 Apple 应用内购买系统处理。

除非您在续订日期前取消，否则订阅将在每个订阅期结束时自动续订。

7.1 Apple App Store Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

For Apple subscriptions:

• payment is charged through the user's Apple Account;
• subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date;
• subscription management and cancellation are handled through the user's Apple Account subscription settings; and
• deleting the OddsGPT application does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

Apple's applicable terms, payment procedures, subscription policies, and refund policies may apply to purchases made through the Apple App Store.

For information about managing or cancelling an Apple subscription, users should use the subscription-management functionality provided by Apple.

7.2 Google Play Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are processed through Google Play Billing.

For Google Play subscriptions:

• payment is processed through the user's Google Play account;
• subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date;
• subscription management and cancellation are handled through the user's Google Play subscription settings; and
• deleting the OddsGPT application does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

Google Play's applicable terms, payment procedures, subscription policies, and refund policies may apply to purchases made through Google Play.

7.3 Website Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the OddsGPT website may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.

For website subscriptions:

• payment is processed using the payment method selected at checkout;
• subscriptions may automatically renew when the applicable recurring billing period ends, where recurring billing applies;
• the applicable payment provider may process payments and recurring charges on our behalf;
• subscription status and billing information may be associated with your OddsGPT account; and
• cancellation may be available through your OddsGPT account, the applicable payment-provider interface, or by contacting us, depending on the subscription and payment method.

Stripe and PayPal may apply their own terms, policies, security procedures, and payment-processing requirements.

7.4 Subscription Renewal

Where a subscription is configured as an automatically renewing subscription, it will renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

The applicable renewal price will be the price presented or otherwise communicated in accordance with the applicable platform and law.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method where required.

If a payment fails, access to Premium Services may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the applicable platform or payment provider's procedures.

7.5 Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal but generally does not immediately terminate access to Premium Services for the already-paid subscription period, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

The cancellation method depends on the purchase channel.

For Apple subscriptions, cancellation is managed through the Apple Account subscription settings.

For Google Play subscriptions, cancellation is managed through Google Play subscription settings.

For website subscriptions, cancellation may be available through your OddsGPT account or through the applicable payment provider, depending on the subscription configuration.

Deleting the OddsGPT application or closing a device does not by itself necessarily cancel a subscription.

7.6 Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase channel, applicable law, and the relevant platform or payment provider.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store, refund requests may be subject to Apple's applicable refund procedures and policies.

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, refund requests may be subject to Google's applicable refund procedures and policies.

For subscriptions purchased through the OddsGPT website, refund requests are subject to our applicable refund policy and may also be subject to the policies and procedures of Stripe or PayPal.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights provided by applicable law.

8. 订阅功能与变更

随着我们改进、修改或停用部分服务，高级功能可能会随时间变化。

在持续遵守适用订阅要求及适用法律的前提下，我们可增加、修改、替换或移除功能。

在法律或适用平台规则要求时，我们将就重大变更提供适当通知。

A subscription purchased through one platform does not automatically create a separate subscription or payment relationship with another platform.

Users should not purchase multiple subscriptions through different platforms unless they intend to maintain multiple subscription relationships.

Where supported, users should sign in using the same OddsGPT account to allow the Service to recognize eligible Premium access.

9. 免费试用、促销优惠与折扣

我们可能不时提供免费试用、促销优惠、介绍价、折扣或其他特别订阅优惠。

A free trial or promotional period may automatically convert into a paid subscription if the applicable subscription terms clearly state that automatic conversion will occur and the user does not cancel before the end of the applicable trial or promotional period.

10. 付款、退款与取消

通过 Apple App Store 进行的购买，付款由 Apple 处理。

此类购买可能适用 Apple 的付款、退款、取消及订阅管理政策。

13. 使用限制
